Refund policy

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that personalized and custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at arpit@arvybyrahulvyas.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your message.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a refund or exchange.

Ship the product(s) to our address as provided by our customer service team.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless there was an error on our part. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made through a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

Please note that it may take up to 5 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or size, please follow the same steps as a return and indicate your desired exchange item in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item(s).
